Apple vs Google: Tale of the tape

The main pillars of Apple's software capabilities are its newly renamed iOS, the system running the iPad and iPhone, as well as the Mac OS and Apple Safari browser. All are solid efforts.

Google has Android, the lovely and fast Chrome browser, and its upcoming Chrome OS. The first two are excellent, the latter we can't wait to see.

Apple's software is great to use and constantly improving. So is Google's.

It's a tough call, this round. Which software you prefer really depends on how you use your computer and phone and access the web. And while Apple creates some great software, Google's has the added benefit of being free. That could just lead to market being flooded with Google devices. It's a tough call, but for software, Google wins this round on price.
