EU anti-trust powers to be tested by Microsoft ruling
A Luxemburg court is set to hand down a significant anti-trust ruling in relation to Microsoft's on-going spat with European competition chiefs, but a ruling for the software giant could set a dangerous precedent and curb the EU's ability to persue similar actions in future.
