Photos: HTC Magic arrives

We've been following the trail of the HTC Magic for some time now even before we got a look at an early sample at Mobile World Congress (MWC) back in February.

A lot of people are excited about Google's second gen Android phone, and are hoping it builds on the promise of the first phone - the T-Mobile's G1. How will the Magic fare in the hotly contested smartphone stakes?

Seeing as a production sample has landed in the office, we present of few pictures of the device ahead of our full review.

We like what we see so far, and our first impressions are that this is a light, stylish handset, with a responsive touch screen.

Be sure to check back early next week to get our final verdict.
