James Mansfield serves as global channel sales director at Ultimo, where he leads the strategic development and execution of the company's global partner ecosystem. In this role, he architects high-performing channel programs that drive significant revenue growth and expand market share for Ultimo's industry-leading AI-augmented Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform.

James oversees the complete partner lifecycle, from strategically identifying and onboarding high-potential technology, sales, and service partners to enabling their success through comprehensive training, resources, and go-to-market strategies.

Prior to his current role, James demonstrated his expertise in global sales leadership as head of new business sales and strategic expansion for the Cloud ERP division at Access Group, where he drove international growth initiatives. He also served as head of growth at Ellucian and as channel sales director at Siemens Digital Industries Software, building a comprehensive foundation in B2B SaaS sales leadership across mid-market and enterprise segments.

Beyond his professional achievements, James is actively engaged in his community as a Governor of his children's high school.
