Joining Ricoh in direct sales, Rowan has forged a career that has spanned nearly three decades with the company. He was promoted to the Ricoh UK board as director of partner channel in 2020.
Rowan is passionate about forging trusted relationships with Ricoh’s partners to ensure they can meet their customer challenges.
He is extremely knowledgeable about the technology sector and is an expert in effective partnership. In his role as Executive Sponsor for Ethnicity at Ricoh UK, Rowan has led several initiatives to drive allyship and improve ethnic diversity across the organisation, including our commitment to the Race at Work Charter by Business in the Community and leading our Ethnicity Affinity Group.
