O2 supports SMEs with new starter kit
The mobile giant is aiming to ease some of the pressure small businesses face by offering them a starter kit designed specifically with their needs in mind.

O2 is giving the little guys a helping hand by launching a starter kit aimed specifically at giving small and medium enterprises (SMEs) the support they need.
The SME starter pack gives businesses two free months' subscription to any of the operator's bundled business tariffs, free access to the O2 concierge service for the same period, a dedicated, free-phone customer support line and a three-monthly check-up call from an account manager to identify and resolve potential problems.
"At O2 we realise there are hundreds of things to deal with when you're starting up a business. That's why the O2 Business Starter Pack is designed to take the pressure off," claims the offering's website. "You not only get free line rental and dedicated customer service, our Concierge Service also gives you an extra pair of hands."
Using the service, SMEs can more easily and cost-effectively talk to colleagues, suppliers, customers and prospective customers, according to the mobile giant.
"This is designed to give entrepreneurs the support they need," said David Baxter, business propositions manager at O2 UK.
