The first photos of the PicoBook Pro, Apricot's first new product in nearly a decade.






Apricot showed off its first new product in a decade in London last night, with a new netbook called the PicoBook Pro.

The PicoBook Pro is a 8.9in netbook with a 1024x600 display. It features a 60GB hard drive, 1GB of RAM, integrated 802.11 a, b and g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a 1.3 megapixel web cam. It runs on a VIA C7-M 1.2GHz x86 compatible processor. The firm said the PicoBook has a battery life of four hours.
A Suse Linux version will retail for 279 including VAT, while a Windows XP version will cost 329 including VAT.
