Nokia's N97 will arrive on several operators the week after.
Nokia's N97 will be available in the UK from 19 June.
Eager buyers will have to pick up the device at Nokia's flagship Regent Street store or online for 499 SIM free, or wait until 26 June to get it from 3, Orange, T-Mobile, Vodaphone, the Carphone Warehouse or Phones 4U.
The 3.5in touchscreen device includes one-button access to Nokia's new app store, Ovi. The N96's successor will also feature a QWERTY keyboard, GPS sensors, and a speedy processor, Nokia has said, pushing it as a social networking phone.
