InfoTech and Ruckit integration streamlines document sharing with DOT
Sleek integration makes truckers’ lives a little easier

In April, SaaS solutions provider for the construction industry InfoTech teamed up with Command Alkon to bring interaction-free eTicketing to its Doc Express system. Today, Doc Express continues to make truckers’ lives easier with InfoTech and Ruckit, a collaborative trucking management software provider for the heavy materials and construction industries, teaming up to make it easier to share documents with the departments of transportation.
Ruckit will integrate Doc Express’ API into its system, making uploading eTickets to Doc Express directly from the Ruckit Ticket Pro system possible. All you need to do is click the “Doc Express Export” button on Ticket Pro, and the rest happens automatically.
This integration also eliminates the additional steps needed to share important documents, including material tickets and contractor payment invoices, with departments of transportation.
“Through our partnership with Infotech and integration with their Doc Express service, we are able to better serve our customer’s customer,” said Michael Bordelon, chief technology officer at Ruckit.
Bordelon continued, “The Ruckit platform improves logistics for heavy construction companies that complete state DOT projects, and now Doc Express allows us to improve collaboration among all parties involved in building great construction projects.”
Chad Schafer, associate vice president of business development & sales at InfoTech, said, “The Doc Express API offers owners a needed solution that supports safety, efficiency and electronic data management, and we are proud to see Ruckit adopt it so quickly to best serve their customers,”
Shafer continued, “Infotech has supported DOTs for over 40 years, and as we continue to grow and partner with new companies in our industry, these partnerships benefit the entire supply chain ecosystem."
