Off-hand comments by Steve Jobs post event land on the pages of Wired magazine. Jobs calls Adobe "buggy" and the company "lazy" for not fixing its problems, according to Wired. Jobs claims the world is moving to HTML 5.
Adrian Ludwig from Adobe responds to Jobs' HTML comments, calling HTML 5 a "red herring" used by Apple.
In turn, Adobe employee Mark Doherty responds to the iPad in a blog post titled "iPad Full Internet My Ass."
February 2010: Adobe chief technology officer Kevin Lynch responds on Adobe's blog to the missing Flash Player on Apple devices.
Lynch says: "We are ready to enable Flash in the browser on these devices if and when Apple chooses to allow that for its users, but to date we have not had the required cooperation from Apple to make this happen."
Days later, Adobe apologises for a serious bug in Flash Player that existed for over 16 months.
