Dell World 2011: The tech UK emergency services need
The NHS and the Metropolitan Police could really benefit from some of the IT on show at Dell World.

Admittedly, this is a little CSI, but the police in-car video equipment and forensic solutions are really swish.
Below you can see how the in-car set-up works. A ruggedised laptop is placed within the vehicle and cameras attached to different parts of the car, provided by Pannin Technologies. During our demonstration, we were shown how easy it was to move the digital cameras around via the laptop, with some incredibly clear night vision showcased as well.
