Box recruits French fashion house to its collaboration platform
Groupe Chantelle moves marketing and manufacturing teams to Box in modernisation effort
A 140-year-old French lingerie company has adopted Box as part of a drive to modernise its business.
Groupe Chantelle, which is based in the outskirts of Paris, was founded in 1876 and produces high-end women's underwear under a number of brands across the world.
As part of its modernisation plans, the company has chosen to move its marketing and manufacturing teams to Box in order to provide improved internal and external information sharing.
According to Groupe Chantelle, this will allow it to speed up the design and production cycle across a number of disparate teams, improve external sharing while also protecting its IP, and enable its workforce to become more collaborative and mobile, and also use any device.
Jeremy Grinbaum, regional VP for France and Southern Europe at Box said: "French companies in all sectors are moving away from restrictive, legacy architecture as they look for more agile and efficient environments for employees."
Grinbaume added that Groupe Chantelle "is an excellent example of a French institution that has moved to Box to power collaboration and enable people to work in entirely new ways".
Fabrice Chevron, IT methods and end users manager at Groupe Chantelle said: "Box is helping us bridge communications between our design and concept teams in France and Asia and our global network of manufacturing plants.
