Sign-in to Google+ and the Nexus 4 will automatically save all your images to the cloud, using its Instant Upload feature.
You can set it so images and video are only uploaded when you're logged onto a specific network, or just to do it as soon as an image or video is captured. We'd recommend the former, to save your data allowance when you're on the road.
