Honda e-learning supports brand diplomacy
The automotive manufacturer is rolling out a global knowledge sharing and learning programme designed to create 'ambassadors' out of its staff and partners.
Honda Motor Europe has signed a deal to provide a mix of e-learning and classroom-based training and product information resources to 40,000 employees, distributors and dealers, including those in Honda UK.
The global automotive manufacturer will use CERTPOINT's virtual learning system (VLS) multi-lingual software as the basis for knowledge and sharing and learning programme designed to create "brand ambassadors."
"Like many large organisations these days, Honda Motor Europe needs to deliver regular training to more of its people in an efficient and timely manner," said Dick Klein, Honda Motor Europe's head of customer operations.
