All indications are that the future of work is hybrid, if it's not here already
Most US workers prefer a mix of working from home and at an office. They say it positively impacts their ability to be creative, solve problems and build relationships. As a result, the majority (72%) of corporate leaders plan to offer a hybrid model, but offering hybrid working is easy - getting the hybrid right will be hard.
