Week in Numbers: Keeping it green
More huge job cuts for BT and spam-powered homes round out this week in numbers.

More scary numbers in the form of rumoured job cuts from BT, but green IT seems to be having better luck.
46 per cent the amount of European IT directors expected to spend at least 15 per cent of their IT budgets on green projects, despite their US counterparts forecasting that green IT will not be a top priority because of the recession.
74 per cent the fall in profit Nokia posted as the economic recession has started to affect mobile phone sales.
$2,000 the cost of a new server released this week by Iomega. The company is aiming the StorCenter Pro ix4-200r NAS Rackmount Server at the small and medium sized business market.
10,000 the additional jobs BT is rumoured to be slashing, with its Global Services Division blamed for the losses.
2.4 million the number of homes that could be powered with the energy used to send out spam each year.
