Arrow Business Communications has expanded its business with the acquisition of fellow telecoms reseller Kee Support Ltd. for an undisclosed sum.

Arrow says integration of Kettering-based Kee Support will strengthen its national engineering team and regional office in Bromsgrove through the addition of NEC and Panasonic support specialists.

Weybridge-based Arrow, headed by Chris Russell, specialises in telephony services for business users and offers a portfolio ranging from SIP, leased lines, EFM and hosted telephony through to mobile voice, data, enterprise mobility security and professional services. “This acquisition is another great opportunity for Arrow to expand its customer base and provide further opportunities for growth across all of our product offerings” says Russell.

James Lister, owner of Kee Support, will continue to manage the Kee customer base at Arrow. He comments: “Arrow is a great match with Kee and we are excited to be part of a larger team with access to an expanded business connectivity portfolio.”

Customers, suppliers and employees of Kee Support will be integrated into the Arrow business and will be re-branded Arrow Business Communications Ltd. The Kee Support team will operate from Arrow’s Bromsgrove office, increasing headcount and elevating turnover to over £20m per annum, says the firm.
