Amsiso acquires Yellowspring

London city

Cloud service provider Amsiso Limited today announced it has completed the acquisition of Essex-based IT services and support company Yellowspring Limited.

It hopes the expanded portfolio of products and services will allow both businesses to exploit the growing managed service market in London and the South East.

“Amsiso and Yellowspring are a logical strategic fit,” explains Richard Keyms, director at Amsiso. “Our core audience is the same and our combined product and service offering will allow both parties to deliver a more comprehensive service offering.”

For the past 15 years Yellowspring has providing premise-based IT services and solutions to SMBs. However, it says with the increased adoption of cloud-based technologies, the addition of the Amsiso service offering will open up new opportunities across a wider geography.

Basildon-based Yellowspring says it will also benefit from the addition of a City of London office, increasing their geographic reach.

“The merged businesses will allow us to improve the level of service we offer our existing customers, as well as opening new opportunities in the buoyant Cloud Computing market in London,” Jason Snooks, managing director of Yellowspring. “We're looking forward to working with Amsiso management team and leveraging their expertise in hosted and managed services.”

“The management team at Yellowspring has done a fantastic job of building a successful business that provides a superior service to its customers,” adds Ferdinand de Lisser, director at Amsiso. “We both share a customer-centric approach and with the current team in place, both businesses are well positioned for continued growth.”

The cost of the deal was not disclosed.
