HP names Paul Hunter replacement
George Brasher appointed GM of HP’s PPS business as Paul Hunter becomes Whitman’s right-hand man

HP (NYSE:HPQ) has announced George Brasher is set to replace Paul Hunter as VP and general manager of its PPS business in the UK & Ireland.
Hunter has moved to the US to take up the position of new chief of staff to Meg Whitman.
An email from HP’s UK MD Andy Isherwood and EMEA MD Herbert Köck to HP staff reads: “We would like to congratulate him and thank him sincerely for his outstanding leadership, dedication, and contributions to PPS EMEA and UK & Ireland over the last years.”
Brasher (pictured), who will to Köck, is a 24-year veteran of HP. His most recent position was a dual worldwide role as the VP/GM of HP’s laser printer business and the VP of marketing strategy and innovation of the LaserJet and Enterprise Solutions (LES) Business. Prior to that, he served as VP/GM of the printing business in the US, after having held a variety of IPG sales and marketing leadership roles in both the AMS and EMEA regions.
