OKI and Northamber sign UK distribution agreement
OKI adds Northamber to distributor lineup
OKI has signed a distributor agreement with Northamber, which will offer the entire print manufacturer’s portfolio to its reseller base across the UK.
Northamber says it plans to focus on gaining incremental business for OKI from around 300 resellers on its books who are not actively purchasing OKI at the moment.
“We wanted to take on an additional print vendor that could expand and strengthen our proposition to resellers. OKI was the perfect choice,” explains Henry Matthews, managing director at Northamber. “It manufactures high-quality, reliable products that fit well into specialist applications and niche markets and this matches our own focus on value added solutions.”
“We believe that Northamber complements the OKI offering well,” says Nick Munton, sales director, OKI. “Critically, it concentrates on adding value for its resellers rather than merely trading out of a price point to them. This gives it a synergy with OKI, which enables it to successfully promote our distinct brand identity.”
Northamber joins OKI's other hardware distributors in the UK, Midwich and Micro-P.
