Integralis has announced the appointment of Dennis Deane as its new chief technology officer, with key responsibility for Integralis Global Services (IGS).
Commenting on the appointment, Integralis’ CEO, Georg Magg, says: “Dennis joins Integralis at an interesting time, not only for the company but for the industry too. Integralis is a trusted provider of the highest level of security consultancy and managed services worldwide, and we must ensure that we stay ahead of the game.”
Before joining Integralis, Deane held a number of high profile positions in technology and financial services businesses. Most recently, he ran the EMEA IT Mergers and Acquisitions portfolio for First Data completing more than 35 due diligence programmes and 16 acquisitions in four years.
Says Magg: “I am very encouraged to have a highly experienced person such as Dennis on board to help us drive significant changes to the IGS group as it seeks to take its successful managed security services to a wider global market. We have seen a high level of consolidation across the market which has pushed other security players into more commoditised services as they lose their independence within the larger corporates.”
Adds Deane: “My role will be to focus on putting in place the structures and processes as well as innovating our services as Integralis moves the market from re-active event driven services to a continuous service managing of all the components based on business risk and not simply managing the security technologies. This will enable the company to effectively compete for a larger share of the multinational company market.
