Autotask has signed a deal with Technology Services Group (TSG) to supply the IT service provider with its unified PSA and Autotask Endpoint Management (AEM) software.

The firm is switching out 26,000 endpoints from previous supplier Kaseya. Autotask says its platform will provide TSG with numerous tools and metrics to improve satisfaction, response times, and communication with clients.

“We selected Autotask because they offer a locally supported, easy-to-use solution that will give us a single pane of glass for managing our business,” comments Steve Cox, COO at TSG.

“When we went through the buying process, we were very impressed by the expertise of Autotask’s sales and implementation teams. The process gave us confidence that Autotask was the right choice for our business; one that will help us provide a better experience to our customers.”

Describing it as “a significant win”, Mark Banfield, vice president of international at Autotask, comments: “We are excited to work with TSG to help them consolidate business systems and provide greater efficiency, accountability and profitability.

The deal signifies Autotask’s move into supplying larger customers. “In the UK in particular it’s starting to become more of the norm; we’re starting to work with large business more and more,” says Banfield.

Newcastle-based TSG has 400 employees in 11 offices around the UK.
