Ingram Micro has announced the addition of cloud solution ITagree to its UK Cloud Marketplace, which will provide partners with comprehensive legal agreements tailored to their unique business needs.

Available now, the cloud solution tackles the legal agreements that MSPs use with their customers, helping to manage client expectations and reduce the overall time spent addressing their issues.

Partners now have access to these comprehensive, easy-to-read legal agreements on monthly plans, which will offer the ability to modify them to suit their individual needs, the distributor said.

The partnership represents the latest stage of ITagree's global expansion plans, with the firm looking to make its mark on the EMEA market following a successful launch in the New Zealand and Australian distribution channels.

"Partners all over the world need agreements and the areas they need to agree with customers are largely the same no matter which country they are in," commented Anne Hall, founder and CEO of ITagree. "Rather than adapting the approach of a traditional law firm, we are able to equip our customers with the capabilities and resources they need to revolutionise their competitive advantage."

Solely distributed through Ingram Micro around the world, the UK market now joins Germany, Switzerland, New Zealand and Australia in offering the innovative channel-led cloud solution.

The expansion into the UK comes at a time when opportunity for channel services is expanding rapidly. In a landscape where customer experience and support enable many value-added distributors to differentiate from other industry players, providing legal agreements-as-a-service is a strong resource to aid partners' relationships with their end-users, Ingram Micro said.

"Ingram Micro is always seeking new ways to offer our partners added value around the solutions we provide," said Scott Murphy, director of Cloud and Advanced Solutions at Ingram Micro UK&I.

"By extending our services, we can really start to drive extensive relationships with our partners and understand their businesses beyond the traditional support that IT distributors typically provide."
