Westcoast appoints cloud services director
Mark Davies joins distie from Cobweb Solutions

Westcoast has confirmed Mark Davies as its new cloud services director.
Davies, who joined the firm in May this year, has been given the task of develop the distributor’s cloud proposition, with Microsoft CSP at the forefront.
He joins from cloud hosting firm Cobweb Solutions, where he held a number of roles over almost twenty years at the firm. Most recently he held the position of business development director.
Says Davies: “As a Tier 2 CSP distributor Westcoast are ideally placed to support and enable partners in their journey towards providing a wider cloud offering. With the breadth and experience of the team here we can ensure that the partner can make sure that they have the right solutions in place for their customers, with our full support.”
Adds Paul Harman, solutions director: “We are delighted to have Mark on board, he is a great addition to the team. With his knowledge and experience we are excited to have him as our business evolves. Since the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in July, interest in CSP has been growing and Westcoast is an ideal position to support our partners in making their own transition.”
