Allied Telesis offers resellers Adventure

Allied Telesis has launched Adventure Based Learning, a new way for its resellers and partners to gain experience and training across Europe.

Delivered through the PartnerPortal launched in June, Adventure Based Learning is a self-learning, interactive programme that builds understanding of both the sales process and the solutions that Allied Telesis offers the market, says the firm, which also claims the interactive lessons give the user a completely new learning experience which is more effective than conventional training methods.

Adventure Based Learning is available 24 hours a day, requires no forward planning or pre-booking and offers interaction alongside virtual scenarios with realistic customer interaction. Allied Telesis says that by recreating customer environments in a virtual world, resellers can build confidence and technique as well as testing out new pitches and ideas.

Christian Schwaiger, VP of marcom and vertical markets at Allied Telesis, explains, “In the fast moving world of customer demands and technology changes, it’s essential for all those in the supply chain to understand all the latest solutions and products that we offer. However, making time for training is both difficult and expensive – this is where our Adventure Based Learning really comes into its own, and why it offers our resellers a genuinely enjoyable way to train on the latest products and solutions.”

Adventure Based Learning is available from September and is free for those already signed up to the Allied Telesis PartnerPortal.
