Lanway unveils comms business
New business unit to bolster Lanway’s comms offering

VAR Lanway has named Marc Monaghan as business manager for its new communications unit.
Monaghan (pictured) has worked for the Burnley-based company for eight years, having previously been a telecoms engineer. He will be tasked with driving Lanway’s sales and service development in the voice and data arena, “creating bespoke, unified solutions for clients,” according to the firm.
The communications unit includes partnerships with vendors such as Avaya, Polycom and Microsoft.
Commenting on his appointment, Marc says: “Lanway is a rapidly growing business and I’m relishing the opportunity to drive the communications unit forward.”
Adds Andrew Henderson, chief executive of Lanway: “Marc’s achieved a lot for the company over the last eight years, and I know he’s got the drive and creativity to make our new unit a success.”
