Arrow ECS ramps up training services in UK
New sites in Manchester and London increase training capacity.

Distributor Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ARW) is to open a new training facility for its resellers and their customers in Manchester. This follows the creation of an Arrow ECS training centre in London in January and takes the total number of facilities for Arrow ECS in the UK to five.
The Manchester training facility opens on July 1 and features four classrooms for scheduled training courses. Arrow ECS says the opening signals an expansion in its IT training programmes, as well as an increased demand in the north for course facilities.
“The expansion of our offering indicates how seriously we are committed to delivering our value-added services to both our resellers and their customers,” says Matthew Proctor, divisional director of training services for Arrow ECS in the UK.
“Manchester is an important area for us, and the opening of this facility will enable us to enhance our service to resellers in that area as well as expand our core course offerings. Furthermore, the great location of this facility makes it far easier for resellers’ customers to gain access to a wide range of courses around data storage, network security, enterprise software and virtualisation technologies, as training support helps businesses gain the essential underlying knowledge required in order to get maximum return on their purchases.”
