Alfresco names Incentro as EMEA Partner of the Year

Gold medal

Alfresco has named its top-performing partners of the year, praising its network for their innovation, commitment and performance over the last 12 months.

Incentro took the most impressive award in EMEA, announced as Partner of the Year in the region, for achieving a 100% renewal rate for Alfresco, while systems integrator Atol Conseils et Développement won the Customer Success Partner of the Year category for EMEA. SynApps was recognised for gaining an "impressive number of Alfresco opportunities".

Worldwide, Micro Strategies won the category for Solution of the Year for its MSI Alfresco-Office Integration solution and XeniT was named Fastest-Growing Partner of the Year after quadrupling its recurring revenue over the last 12 months. Credence Management Solutions was praised for its contribution to the public sector, taking home the award for Public Sector Partner of the Year.

“We are pleased to recognise some of our best and most innovative partners for the work they do to provide value for our customers with integrated and open process, content, and governance services,” said Bob Crissman, vice president of global channel sales at Alfresco.

“They have been particularly instrumental in the recent rollout of our new Alfresco Digital Business Platform – which offers the industry’s only open platform for content, process and governance services. We are looking forward to working with our partner to accelerate time to value and deploy solutions in a fraction of the time compared to traditional ECM and BPM platforms.”

In the Americas, Zia Consulting took the gong for Partner of the Year, while Technology Services Group (TSG) was awarded Customer Success Partner of the Year and Ricoh as Deal Registration Partner of the Year in the territory.

"Being named Alfresco Partner of the Year is a huge honour for the entire Zia team," said Mike Mahon, CEO of Zia Consulting.

"Our dedication to the Alfresco partnership, a focus on providing unique solutions, and commitment to delivering business value to customers, has allowed us to once again grow our number of new customers and support existing customers with innovative new content services. We look forward to a continued partnership with this industry-leading company.”
