EveryonePrint has announced the launch of its subscription-based Hybrid Cloud Platform (HCP), an all-in-one, cloud-based print platform for channel partners.

Available worldwide immediately, the scalable platform has been designed to help organisations alleviate the growing IT burden, as well as to cost-effectively leverage the benefits that a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution brings to printing infrastructure.

The new platform claims to allow users to seamlessly migrate their existing on-premise print environment to the cloud – ultimately allowing the entire printing infrastructure to be deployed and managed from a single web-based interface.

Available either as a hosted SaaS platform or as an on-premise private cloud, the solution includes full data encryption and built-in auditing to help customers protect data, track documents, manage risk and achieve compliance – whilst integration with cloud-based authentication providers can enable role-based permissions.

It uses a single print driver so that every user can print to any device, including complex job attributes across a multi-vendor fleet of printers. Embedded clients are also available for all major manufacturers for the secure release of print jobs from any MFP panel.

"HCP enables users to easily connect to the print infrastructure without needing IT support, significantly reduces print costs and eliminates the need to purchase, deploy and manage print servers," said Adam Bishop, head of strategic marketing at EveryonePrint.

"Furthermore, the Hybrid Cloud solution includes all the features and benefits from EveryonePrint's widely adopted mobile printing solution which enables printing from any mobile device."

The subscription-based nature of EveryonePrint's HCP platform means customers ranging from SMEs to global enterprises can simply pay for the licenses they require – which should ultimately help to reduce the cost and complexity of traditional print environments.
