Zinwave has announced James Martin has become VP of operations at the company. He will be responsible for running the company's day-to-day processes, including managing supply chain and contract manufacture partnerships, building strategic operational initiatives and ensuring the company always stays one step ahead of its competitors.

Martin's extensive experience leading teams in the telecoms industry reflects his 16 years at TE Connectivity (formerly ADC/LGC Wireless) where he contributed to the company's success to become a top-tier DAS manufacturer in the wireless space.

“Zinwave’s distributed wireless solutions offer the highest performance with the lowest total cost of ownership, and sales are accelerating quickly,” said Martin. “I look forward to keeping the production side of the business running at top speed as our market expands.”

Before joining TE Connectivity, Martin enabled Hughes Network Systems (HNS) to grow its small cell systems business, designing, deploying and optimising 500 macro cell sites across the southeastern United States.

“Zinwave has a class-leading technology for in-building cellular and public safety wireless, but we also need to make sure that our products are produced to the highest standards,” said Scott Willis, president and CEO at Zinwave.

“James’ extensive experience in the wireless space will help us ensure that our business processes are as outstanding as our distributed wireless solutions.”

Zinwave has made a number of new appointments in its leadership team in recent weeks, including the recruitment of Slavko Djukic as chief technology officer. He will lead the development and testing of technologies to improve enterprise customer experience.
