Fasthosts teams up with ePages on reseller packages

Cloud handshake

Fasthosts and ePages have joined forces to offer resellers the Fasthosts eShop Builder, powered by ePages, with better levels of support and commission for partners.

The solution combines Fasthosts' extensive reseller hosting platform, offering customisable web solutions including hosting, domains and email products at discounted rates, with ePages' Software-as-a-Service platform to ensure resellers are offering a fully-managed, scalable solution to customers.

The white-label e-commerce product also includes Fasthosts' reseller API, customer management system, white label sales collateral and product training resources to ensure sales staff can generate more profitable opportunities.

“Fasthosts see a significant growth in new eCommerce resellers," Chris Sopp, product manager at Fasthosts Internet said "From talking to our web design partners, we are very aware that they are looking for new revenue streams with minimal investment.

“eShop Builder gives them exactly what they need without the overheads of employing a developer," he added. "Instead, they can look at a good designer to drive the ‘drag and drop’ theme-based application and still build a very professional looking shop for minimal outlay. An experienced designer could produce up to ten sites a week depending upon complexity and, of course, Fasthosts is on hand to support them throughout the process."

Fasthosts eShop Builder packages offer a range of different designs to suit the customer's business, alongside a variety of shipping and payment options. They support up to 15 languages and integrate a built-in SEO module that supports all static and mobile devices.

“Cloud-driven platforms and powerful apps now make ecommerce activity highly accessible," Wilfried Beeck, CEO ePages, said. "As many SMBs and individuals are planning to jump into online retail, there’s an excellent opportunity for resellers to support them. For agencies in particular, Fasthosts eShop Builder comprises a swift and reliable way to profit from a booming sector."
