Dell EMC Partner Program 'combines best of former schemes'
It will introduce an invite-only Titanium Black tier for the most loyal partners
Dell EMC overhauled its partner programme, combining Dell and EMC’s legacy programmes to ensure the scheme is still accessible to everyone.
The company's integrated Dell EMC Partner Programme features new tiers to help partners build up their expertise over time. Titanium, Platinum and Gold all feature, alongside a new level - Titanium Black, which will be an invite-only tier to reward the most loyal of Dell EMC's partners. Partners will be distributed into tiers based on revenues, training and certification levels.
“We’ve diligently designed the Dell EMC Partner Program to be the most desirable program in the industry. We are truly providing the means and the opportunity along with the recognition and profitability that our partners want and deserve. We’re ‘all in’ with our partners and invested in their success," said John Byrne, president of Global Channel at Dell EMC.
Partners who opt to sell any of Dell EMC's ISG products, including server, networking, storage, backup, converged/hyperconverged and solutions will see the biggest gains as the company focuses on growing those sectors through its partner network.
It builds upon the business' LOB Incumbency for Storage programme that launched in October last year, offering incumbency to new customers, encouraging cross-selling of the ISG's full portfolio.
“Global business is rapidly changing as more and more customers prioritize investment in digital transformation. Dell EMC and its partners are uniquely positioned to help customers through this evolution,” Byrne added.
“Dell EMC provides vast opportunities to our partners through an industry leading portfolio of innovative products, services and solutions, and now with the Dell EMC Partner Program, provides the support and programs for partners to excel.”

Dell EMC's integrated partner programme will launch alongside a new partner portal, which has been specifically designed with a unique UI for each partner type and partner track, making it easier for them to access the tools they need to build their business.
“The new Dell EMC Partner Program is architected for partner growth and profitability,” said Kevin Rhone, director of channel acceleration at Dell EMC’s Enterprise Strategy Group.
“This new integrated program brings forward the best aspects of both programs and truly goes above and beyond what we’ve seen previously in the industry in terms of partner support and recognition. No doubt this will be highly lucrative to partners and Dell EMC, and will enable further growth throughout the industry.”
