Cherwell introduces Global Partner Programme to chase international reach
The expansion includes the appointment of Matthew Peeples as vice president of Worldwide Channel
Cherwell is ramping up its channel offering with a global Channel Program, as the service management specialist looks to serve growing demand and push its international reach.
The expansion includes the announcement of Matthew Peeples as its new vice president of Worldwide Channel, who will lead the firm’s push to bring increased success to its partner base and shared customers.
Designed for channel resellers, delivery partners, global system integrators and technology alliance partners, the new program offers access to technical guidance, sales alignment, enablement, as well as competitive financial rewards.
“While we remain committed to our deep relationships with existing partners, we are launching this new global channel program to further accelerate our expansion internationally,” said Andre Cuenin, Cherwell’s chief revenue officer.
“As a former chief executive of an IT consultancy, Matthew brings a tremendous amount of experience to lead this program and the charge to build success for more partners and, ultimately, our shared customers.”
At the heart of the company’s channel offering lies its marquee solution Cherwell Service Management, which provides a powerful platform that can be extended and augmented to fit ever-changing business needs.
As customers increasingly extend workflow automation into all areas of the enterprise, Cherwell Service Management provides as a point of entry for those seeking to maximise IT service management and lay the foundations for increasing digital maturity over time, the company said.

“Great partnerships are founded on common goals, shared commitments, and mutual rewards,” said Matthew Peeples, Cherwell’s new VP of Worldwide Channel. “We are committed to fostering a high level of mutual success with our partners.
“In particular, we are looking for partners to grow our sales pipeline and service customers in both established and new markets, and, importantly, to collaborate to serve industry-verticals where partners have market-specific knowledge and access.”
