Ivanti makes double appointment in channel leadership shakeup
Michelle Hodges joins as SVP of global channels and alliances, while John Beuchert becomes VP of global partner programs and strategy
Automation platform provider Ivanti has announced two new channel leadership hires, with the appointment of Michelle Hodges as its new SVP of global channels and alliances, and John Beuchert as VP of global partner programs and strategy.
Announcing the shakeup, the company said the experienced executives will lead its channel strategy as it looks to drive growth through its Ivanti Neurons automation platform.
“Their addition to our team will further enable Ivanti to focus our efforts in the field, maximise our partnerships, and provide our customers with superior support,” explained Dennis Kozak, COO at Ivanti. “They both bring deep experience in leading world-class channel operations and have a proven ability to execute."
According to the company, the Ivanti Neurons platform connects the company’s unified endpoint management, cyber security, and enterprise service management solutions, forming a unified IT offering that enables devices to self-heal and self-secure.
The firm’s partner programme is designed to give partners exclusive access to resources, tools, and connections to help provide a springboard for growth.
Hodges will now lead the initiative as SVP of global channels and alliances, having previously worked with companies in international expansion, both in operating and go-to-market strategies.
She joins Ivanti from GitLab, where she led the DevOps software firm’s channel business during its IPO. Prior to that, Hodges spent time mastering indirect routes to market and building channel opportunities at companies such as Microsoft, VMware, and Business Objects.

“There is tremendous opportunity in the Ivanti partner programme and my immediate focus will be on building on the foundation of the ecosystem strategy and expanding our programmes around the world,” she said. “I am committed to driving impact for Ivanti by building value and profitability for our partners across our strategy, programmes and go-to-market.”
John Beuchert also joins the business as VP of global partner programs and strategy. The seasoned channel executive arrives with a strong track record of driving double-digit sales growth through building relationships around global channel strategy, analytics, and incentive-based programmes, Ivanti said.
Most recently the global head of partner programmes and operations for Freshworks, Beuchert has also previously held leadership channel roles at Citrix, CA, Veritas, and Symantec.
“Joining Ivanti is a great opportunity to build a strong partner community and make a real impact for our partners and customers,” he said. “I was attracted to the culture of collaboration and opportunity at Ivanti and am eager to bring this same culture to our partner community.”
