Ivanti bolsters EMEA partner community with Partner Program revamp
Partners will also be offered an increased discount for deal registration to boost growth and build partner investment in Ivanti's IT suite

IT provider Ivanti has announced a significant investment into its EMEA partner community as it looks to enhance its partner relationships and further fuel channel growth.
Available now, the revamp includes three new EMEA channel initiatives for businesses: a new Platinum Elite partner status, a deal registration promotional period, as well as an enhanced partner portal.
The new Platinum Elite level of Ivanti’s Partner Program has been designed to recognise those partners driving Unified IT to their customers, as well as reward those it has developed strategic and collaborative working relationships with.
So far, four EMEA companies have been awarded to top-level status: Softcat, COMPAREX, SCC and Invent AG, but Ivanti says it aims to expand the collective to include additional partners.
Thanks to partner feedback, Ivanti is also offering partners an increased discount for deal registration to boost growth and build partner investment in its IT suite. Available to all Expert Solution Provider (ESP) partners, the initiative will reward growth in new customer acquisition, as well as sales of new technology to existing customers.
The partner portal has also received an overhaul in a bid to maximise overall efficiency.
Due to be implemented in a “multi-stage process”, the new hub will include full integration with Ivanti’s internal Customer Relationship Management system from Autumn of this year.

The addition will allow SLAs to be added to all deal registrations to track and guarantee response times, as well as speed up the time it takes to deliver solutions to customers.
From January 2020, phase two of the portal upgrade will also see distribution partners able to quote new business directly from the portal, Ivanti added, with the goal of enabling order to license fulfilment within 15 minutes.
“We are continuing to significantly invest in our channel as our partners are essential to Ivanti’s future success and ambitious plans for growth,” commented James Anderson, Area VP of Channel in EMEA at Ivanti. “Our three new initiatives will help partners to increase their profitability, drive further investment in our technology and significantly enhance the way that they can help us deliver on our promise of Unified IT.”
