Ivanti bolsters global channel team with double leadership appointment
Steve Marconi joins as VP of partner sales for the Americas, while Dean Beaver takes the role of VP of strategic alliances

Automation platform provider Ivanti has announced the appointments of Steve Marconi as its new VP of partner sales for the Americas, and Dean Beaver as VP of global strategic alliances.
The two roles form part of the company’s new global channels and alliances leadership team, which has been set up to create greater alignment with its telco, OEM, and go-to-market technology alliances teams.
Ivanti says they will work to create “market-making” solutions that embed Ivanti in high volumes of devices, taken to market via its sellers, alliances, channels, and sales teams.
New recruits Marconi and Beaver will report to the team’s SVP Michelle Hodges, who was appointed to the role in November 2022.
“Since joining Ivanti last November I have been hyper-focused on breaking down silos and bringing greater alignment to the different routes-to-market,” Hodges said.
“We are continuing to look at ways to improve partner experience and consistency across all routes to market, expand programmes to drive value across all phases of the customer lifecycle, and manage Ivanti’s overall value agreement with our ecosystem.
“An important part of executing on our strategy is adding Steve and Dean to the Ivanti team, and we are thrilled to have them at Ivanti.”

The provider’s new partner programme was designed to drive growth through its Ivanti Neurons automation platform, providing partners with exclusive access to key resources, tools, and connections.
The firm said it's “consistently increasing its investments” in its partnerships by offering more benefits and support through the initiative.
With more than 30 years’ experience in partner sales and business development, Steve Marconi will lead the programme’s partner sales in the Americas.
The industry veteran has held multiple sales leadership positions at tech companies such as Qlik, VMware, Veeam Software, and Emulex Corporation.
Most recently, he was VP of channel, GSP, and ISV sales at robotic process automation (RPA) specialist Blue Prism.
“I look forward to working closely with Michelle and team to drive growth for our partners in the Americas and alignment across our entire channel ecosystem,” he said.
“There is a huge opportunity for our partners with the Ivanti solutions, and I will be focused on continuing to create mutual value opportunities for our partners.”
