In addition to offering Zoom, Maverick said it will also offer partners a comprehensive portfolio of Zoom-enabled hardware and software products from various brands across the industry, as well as access to technical resources accreditations to enable deployment.
Hugo Graça, senior vice president of specialised solutions at TD Synnex, said the Zoom agreement represents an opportunity for European partners to “accelerate their smart collaboration offerings at scale”.
“Our specialist Maverick teams across the region are poised to extend Zoom’s reach across the channel, helping our partners to deliver on the promise of true hybrid work flexibility, simplifying deployment and accelerating go-to-market with comprehensive solutions combining hardware and software to address the demand for hybrid and virtual collaboration solutions,” he said in an announcement.
Through Maverick, partners now have access to the entire Zoom portfolio, including Zoom One, which bundles together a multitude of individual solutions into a single unified communications platform.
There’s also access to the recently-launched Zoom Contact Center, an omnichannel offering designed to help answer end-customers’ questions and solve issues faster. Maverick says the offering works in tandem with the rest of its portfolio to create modern meeting spaces with high quality video and audio.

Dion Smith, Zoom’s head of channels for EMEA, said it was the perfect time for the company to extend the reach of its solutions portfolio to the channel, as the global workforce continues to embrace hybrid working.
“The breadth and reach of TD Synnex across Europe, allied to their operational strength and the deep specialisation of the Maverick team, provide a great launchpad for us to accelerate adoption of the evolving range of Zoom solutions and tools,” he said.
